We use Polycom CX300 with our peer-to-peer SIP client, that is without Microsoft OCS. We watch HID report with report ID = 2 to handle user actions( engaged buttons, hook switch and so on)
The problem is that we can't detect on-hook state because we don't receive any HID report when handset plugged on hook. It happens when handset and speakerphone has equal volume. Firmaware version 01.32.9.03
It's very important for us to detect hook switch state. Is there any way to do this?
The CX300, like any other CX device, is only for usage with Microsoft products.
Using it with anything else may not work.
