We have the Poly CCX 600 Business Media Phone, running latest software ( from last Friday) we are not able to add a contact to a group or enable 'caller display' on the phone itself.
"Error
Something went wrong. We could
not perform this operation"
Has anybody found a way round this please ?
Hello @Wilko ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
EDIT:
Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id
Please also include if you are using a SIP server or Microsoft Teams / Skype for Business Server.
If Skype please provide Version details and if these are on-premise or off-premise
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include.
In addition, providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea of what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues that have already been addressed.
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Hello @Wilko ,
I have moved this to the correct section discussing Microsoft Teams-related issues.
As the application running on the phone is supplied by our Partner Microsoft I can only recommend working with them as all features need to be supported by their application.
A great place to start is >here< if you are not able to work directly with their support organization.

----------------Steffen, thanks for your advice, can't really imagine for a moment that anybody
at Microsoft is going to entertain a request from me though. Also struggling to accept that I'm the only poster on here who cant get caller display enabled on the phone itself. My now defunct Avaya analogue system was so much better. Thanks again though.
Hello @Wilko ,
If this is a setting already exposed with the Microsoft supplied Teams application they are the best to answer this as this is not a feature provided by our phone itself.
So far I struggle to understand what the actual ask is in this post.
Just as a reminder our Partner Microsoft supplies the Teams Application with all features to us and other companies manufacturing Android Phones. The same is in a way applicable to Apple or Android Products running the Teams application.
All features that are included in the Application are provided by our Partner Microsoft and they should be consulted if queries arise.
If you getting an error please make use of the Screen Capture feature and/or attach a photo of the menu in question.
Best Regards
