I updated my polycom trio 8800 to firmware 7.0.0.4269 since then I'm unable to connect to S4B.
Info: PolyCom Trio 8800
Part Number 3111-65290-001 Rev:A
MAC Address 64:16:7F:38:E1:2D
With Trio Visual+
Part Number 3111-66420-001 Rev:B
MAC Address 64:16:7F:2E:14:84
Both at firmware 7.0.0.4269
What I tried:
- Tested without Factory Reset
- Tested with Factory Reset
- Tested Teams without Any problem with the same user
Currently there is:
Line 1: Skype for Business with account info@ (Not Working)
Line 2: Local SIP line on Mitel Server (Working)
Both were perfectly working before the update.

In any case you are asking azure AD successfully authenticated the user (See atteched print screen).

I suggest you always check the release notes prior to rushing to install new software.
UC Software 7.0.0 is an openSIP release only and our partner Microsoft actively blocks the User-Agent.
