I uploaded to provisioning server firmware version 5.9.6.2327 and set the configuration file in attachment , but after correctly upgrading phones to new version, VV311 phone downgrades to 5.6.0.17325

- Call Platform : Skype for Business online

- Mac address of the phone 64:16:7F:0C:4C:C7

Resolution: For Skype for Busines please download, unpack and import the attached LyncProvisionDeviceParams. For Skype for Business Online / O365 in addition please set the EnableDeviceUpdate to false as explained => here <=
