As already outlined in my reply we are aware and fixed this via VOIP-116530.
Please raise a ticket so we can track this but the fix should come next week. In order to receive regular updates etc. a ticket is required.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

If your issue is being caused by the known issue mentioned above then the fix should be in the next 5.5.2 release which is currently planned for the 18.09.2017
The above date is subject to change and of course we do not know if your issue is the same unless you escalate this so we can verify this based on your own accounts etc.

We actually had planned to release this last Monday but had to pull this due a discovered last minute bug.
The next tentative release is this Monday but again this is subject to change.
The Polycom community is not a replacement for our standard support organisation so any issue needs to be reported the correct channels.
