Hello RobYoung,

I assume you mean UC Software 5.5.2

 

The above will add a feature where the phone remembers what number you selected and will dial this from now on just like the Skype for Business client does via a right click.

The support technician said it will be fixed in 5.5.3.  (actually first they said 5.5.2 and then corrected themselves)  So my understanding is a fix is currently unavailable.

Hello RobYoung,

The feature as described by myself aka the Phone remembering the choice to dial a Number instead of an email as an example is in the next UC Software Release which is currently planned for release on the 11.05.2017

 

The Version number is UC Software 5.5.2

 

  • Enhancement for Skype for Business In Skype for business environments, the phone places the last dialed method for a contact either through SIP URI or Tel URI and dials via the same method the next time until it reboots to default SIP URI.
