We have configured the music on hold (MoH) for all the VVX601 SfB phones.
If they receive a call to their phone number, MoH works fine
If they are members of Shared Line Appearance and receive a call for that SLA number, pick up the call and put on hold, there is no MoH.
Looks like that it's an expected behaviour. I there anyone else that with the same situation?
Any workaround?
