Mounting the CX5500 codec under a table

Hello,

I am trying to find out if there is a bracket or some kind of reasonable solution to moun the CX5500 codec under a table.  Our conference tables have small cabinets under them to hide things which is what our desktop services team suggested, but the cabinet is relatively small, completely enclosed and full of cables.  I am not about to place a device like this that gives off a good amount of heat in a small enclosed space, let alone one that is full of cables.

Thank you!

Just wondering if you found a solution to your problem as we have the same issue ?

Re: Mounting the CX5500 codec under a table

We have the same problem. we have about 40 CX5500. The installer mounted them flat under the table with Velcro straps. This does not allow for good airflow. We have replaced 5 of them. We are in the process of replacing another 4 units. We are experiencing units that lock up and can not be unmuted, or the touch screen freezes. A reboot does not solve the problem. Some of them boot to a logo screen, but that's all. We tried factory reset, but it did not work. It may be a thermal problem. We're looking at mounting them with the table stand that comes with the unit. Were going to screw the brackets under the table with large washers to keep it from slipping out.
