We're in the middle of testing a fully Skype Online deployment (rather than hybrid) and when using the Skype client I have to manually enter the internal and external server addresses, rather than letting the client use autodiscover.
Whenever I try to sign into the phone (using BToE) it fails and I believe this is because it's using autoconfiguration to find the Skype server and attempting to login the user there. Since the user doesn't exist there it fails.
Is it possible, either though the web interface or a configuration file, to point the phone to a specific address rather than using autoconfigure to find the Skype server?

Hello @Martin Palmer,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Via the Web Interface => Line 1 you should be able to disable Auto Discover, Set o LYNC 2010, specify the Server Address, Port 443 and TLS

----------------This worked perfectly. I changed the settings and the user was able to login on the phone.
Thanks!
