I've been asked to migrate an existing fleet of Polycom VVX phones to use Office 365/Skype for Business online. The phones are a mix of VVX models (311's, 411's) but they are not licensed for Skype for Business (i.e., they are not -019 SKUs).
What is the way to properly license these phones to use them with Skype for Business? Apparently the vendor from whom at least some of the phones were purchased was not an authorized reseller, but others are.
