Join Skype for Business meeting from a link with a Trio 8800

Hi all, our customer send us a Skype for business Link and we would like to join with our Trio. Is it possibile? If yes, how can we join?

When you'll forward external SfB meeting invitations to your Trio room mailbox please make also sure that TNEF (Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format) is enabled.

By default room mailboxes have the DeleteComments parameter enabled which deletes the entire contents of the message body when you'll forward received external SfB meeting invitations to your room account and then the join button doesn't appear.

Additionally you'll have to either enable open federation or to put specific domains on the allowed domain whitelist for being able to join external SfB meetings from your Trio registered to your comany's SfB.

From my experience, unless your skype domain is federated with your customer's you cannot click to join. However, you could always dial your customer's dial in number and join that way. Im not sure if you will get video and content, it may be audio only
