Environment: Lync 2013 back end, 6 Polycom vvx411s with 5.4.4.4281

I have a call center with 6 vvx411 phones in coexistence with our legacy phone system.  I do not have a provisioning server.

They have a list of 50 vendors they frequently call and I would like to upload either the 000000000000 directory. xml file (if this can be done without a provisioning server) or the <mac> directory.xml so the call center agents won't need to do this manually.

Is this possible without a provisioning server?  Can I do this from the web interface and upload one of those .xml files to the phones?

I read this link http://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP/FAQ-How-can-I-create-a-local-directory-or-what-is-the/td-p/8216 but it seems like I need a provisioning server to do a Personal Directory file.

Thank you

Hello

This is not possible and you need a server
