UC Software Version 5.5.2.8571
SfB Server 2015
While in a conference call hosted on a on-prem SfB pool, attendees that have joined as a 'Guest' (unauthenticated external users) do not appear in the participants list with the name they supplied when joining. Instead, they apper in the list with a guid like name.
They apper in the SfB client correctly.
Is this by design?

Hello JamesW,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
We have passed Microsofts 3PIP qualification so this is either WAD or may be an untested scenario.
I would suggest to get this into support but as already replied via PM the serial provided seems to be a Polycom demo unit so please work with whoever you got this from Polycom.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
Please also ensure you always check the General VoIP , Video Endpoint , UC Platform (Microsoft) , PSTN
