Hi, is there any know issue with firmware 6.4.3 on Polycom VVX 201 and 411 and the Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway. On there page they list 6.3.1 as the approve firmware but this summer all my phone upgrade to 6.4.3 and the line is now not registered.

Example of serial VVX 201 in my environnement :  64167F874D9E

Hello @Josua ,

From our FAQ:

Feb 02, 2016 Question: How can I prevent a Poly Phone to be downgraded/upgraded or change settings automatically via Skype for Business and/or Microsoft Teams 3PIP gateway?

Resolution: For Skype for Busines please download, unpack and import the attached LyncProvisionDeviceParams. For Microsoft Teams 3PIP gateway in addition please set the EnableDeviceUpdate to false as explained => here <=

The question should actually be asked in a Microsoft-related forum and/or Microsoft support as they host the platform you are using and they look after the configuration.

Best regards

Steffen Baier
