Microsoft publishes network requirements for Teams, however I just came across the following document here with regards to Poly's own Port requirements.

https://documents.polycom.com/bundle/ucs-ag-6-3-0/page/r-ucs-ag-ports-used-on-polycom-phones.html

Does this mean that these ports have to be open on a firewall in order to use VVX phones in a Teams-only environment as well? No on-prem services, cloud-only Teams org.

Thanks,

Bob

Hello @rmanjoney ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

The VVX phone running in 3PIP mode utilizes "standard" Skype for Business and not Teams so no Teams rules apply.

The list shared contains all the ports we can use. Not all are applicable. Usually you should only worry about 443, 5061 and the Audio Ports which start at 2222. For STUN/ICE we use the 50000 range from memory.

There should be plenty of references out on the Web.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
