When we place a skype call to some of our users using a Polycom VVX phone (400 or 600 series),  We receive a fast busy.  If I call that same user using the skype client (and performing a skype call)  it works fine.  PSTN callss to that user works fine using the VVX phone.

 

Attached is the log from one of the VVX phones that is placing the called.

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Did this ever work or has this only recently failed? What is the difference between the users ? Have you tested against UC Software 5.6.0 yet ?

 

INGRAM MICRO CANADA is your Tier 1 support so maybe work with them to get this into Polycom support.

We have found that the odd time when a user leaves a remote session open for a very extended time(in our case a Xendesktop)  it can cause an issue calling these users with a Polcom set.  Once we logoff their remote computer session, we can place a call to the user again using a Polcyom set.  In the last case we had seen, the remote session was several weeks in a disconnected state.
