after upgrade Exchange connection was lost. It worked before upgrade and other unit with older software and with same settings is working just fine.

We would need a few more logs and details so please go ahead and open a service ticket via your Polycom reseller.
If you struggle to identify them please post the MAC address of the Unit so I can look them up.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
