I have VVX 501 phones running version 5.7.0.11768 and Trio 8800's running 5.5.3.3517. I'm managing them with RealPresence Resource Manager 10.3. Is adding the Codec-Audio-Silk configuration profile the only thing I need to do in order to enable the SILK codec on my VVX phones and Trios?
For those unfamiluar with the Codec-Audio-Silk configuration profile, it reorders the audio codec priority list so the SILK codecs are at the top.

I put in a support ticket with Polycom and confirmed that applying the Codec-Audio-Silk configuration profile was all I needed to do to enable the SILK codec.
