----------------Hello @KeithT ,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
The EagleEye USB camera with a VVX501 or VVX 601 can make and receive video calls to and from a Skype for Business Client.

----------------Hello @KeithT ,
Not knowing what kind of settings you may have changed I suggest a factory reset.
A Video Call will just work.
Any follow up questions please consult the User Guide => here <=

----------------After several reboots & factory resets, still I can't call any SfB PC Client (on my same subnet) and have the result be a video call. Neither if the call is answered on the persons VVX nor PC client.
Here are some of the relevant settings applied to the 601's config:
video.enable="1" video.localCameraView.fullscreen.mode="side-by-side" video.callMode.default="video" video.callRate="768"
I've also tried:
feature.audioVideoToggle.enabled="1" video.autoStartVideoTx="1"
Does anyone have this working?
Hello @KeithT ,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
As already explained this works out of the box and maybe something on the Server End needs checking.
For us to look into this you must open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

----------------I think it's a config file situation as I have other mixed issues with the VVX500s as well. I'll be opening another thread for that however. Perhaps you can comment on the settings I have explained?
Hello @KeithT ,
There are no settings needed.
If this fails open a ticket as already explained.

----------------I found the answer to all the problems....
BToE must NOT be running in order to make the USB camera work properly!
