Hi Poly,

 

I am receiving an interesting issue after upgrading VVX 301 phones from 5.9.1 to either 5.9.7 or 6.3.1 using the Lync/Skype profile.
Eventhough we are using RPRM to manage the VVX phones and change the default passwords for admin and user, we are still getting intermitted the message. After that we are locked from accessing the phone remotely.

As part of the upgrade, the phones are moving to Teams (Skype Online). could it be that CsIPPhonePolicy causing the problems?
