The MAC address provided is the -025 and as long as you do not have proof of purchase for the Polycom license this may be the same for all your phones.
Please sort out the licenses as this pays for Polycom's development to enable the Skype for Business compatibility.
Once you have this please work with the reseller already mentioned to work on a ticket.
