Using the UI on the device, we are unable to make calls to certain toll-free/long distance numbers.Doesn't seem to be a common pattern. Some 1800 & LD numbers work, some don't.
Am I missing something obvious?

If you still struggle please work with your reseller to open a ticket.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

As the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

----------------We've seen that issue before also. The fix for us was to have our SIP trunk provider block video codecs from their end.
