Looks like Poly launched a new support portal and the link in the release announcement is not working. When I look at the CCX500 in the new support portal, the latest firmware is 7.1.1 from back in June.

it can help to share the link where you found something not working. I just updated the 7.2.1 Rev B post with the correct link >here<

 

If you click on the CCX 500 page a drop down menu will appear:

Something must have just updated the links to the support site in the forums. The link was redirecting to the old support site, now it's redirecting to the new support site. The download version drop down was confusing as it isn't defaulting to the latest and they are not ordered numerically.

 

I have this new version downloaded now.
