I do have the CCX400-1.0.X_to_PolyUCS6.2.22.0185-USB-Upgrade

Business laptop was adding the Symantec protection, tried personal laptop (it did not add any extra) but still doesn't recognize the boot file. Running 1.0.1.0054 on the CCX400

After seeing your response we had a Poly Rep call us. We have since purchased over 500 ccx400 and ccx500  phones. We have most of the phones upgraded to 7.2.1.1971 now. We have used the down load and push through the web Lens.Poly.com at his point.

Currently trying to upload the autodial for a few phones but coming up short. We know how to export and import the config file but it does not seem to do anything

Hello @Aikenm ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

It would help if you share the configuration you are trying as an example.

Most likely it's a feature which is simply not part of the Microsoft Teams application and therefore ignored by the phone. We had a similar discussion which can be found using the Community Search.

This is something that needs to be requested from our partner Microsoft as they supply the Teams Software running on our and competitior phones using their platform Teams.

This is the lines we are trying to add to config:

<call.autoOffHook.x.enabled="1" />
<call.autoOffHook.x.contact="21190" />

I do not know if these are the correct format as our internal web guys have not responded

The DOC we are trying to follow is:

Hello @Aikenm

as I already assumed this is not a feature that will work with the Microsoft Teams application and you need to work with our Partner Microsoft on a Feature request.

Please ensure you are not asking questions unrelated to the original issue in follow up posts and instead post a new topic in the future.

Best Regards

After struggling with this for quite a while this is what worked for me.

Attempting to upgrade from firmware version 1.0.0.0200.

I started with many failed attempts including changing USB drives and attempting every version of the oldest archived firmware available on the Poly site for the CCX 400.  I eventually changed to a smaller USB stick (2GB) and did a quick format with 32kb allocation unit size.  I then used the Poly CCX 400 1.0.X to Poly UCS 6.2.23.0396 USB Upgrade download.  Copy to the USB drive and rename to fv_update.zip and then it worked.  Not sure if the 2GB size helped or the 32kb allocation unit, but this was what worked for me.

Hope this helps someone else!
