CCX 400 Firmware 7.03.0228 Outgoing Teams Calls aborted

Hi all, after upgrading our CCX400 CAB Phones to firmware 7.03.0228 we are facing the issue that outgoing teams calls are not established.


With Firmware it is working properly.


any ideas here.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

As the Software includes later versions of the IP Phone App and others delivered by our Partner Microsoft I would start by raising a case with them.


If this fails please downgrade to a previous version.
