Hello,
We recently transitioned to Microsoft Teams and are using Poly CCX500 phones. BToE no longer works with the Teams platform.
Should BToE work with Teams and are we just doing something wrong? Or if it doesn't work, does Polycom plan on having it work in the near feature and if so when is the estimated rollout date? OR is there any other Polycom software that does that same thing as BToE that will work with Teams?
Hello @Chantal L ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Is the CCX in question in Microsoft Teams mode or in Microsoft Skype for Business mode?

----------------Hi Chantal L,
I had exactly the same issue.
And not even to Polycom phones but to Yealink as well.
I've talked recently with Microsoft and they told me that they don't have any news regarding BToE for Teams and purpose to use BToB (over Bluetooth).
So phones are ok as Stand Alone device but not good for pairing with PC.
Recent announce tells that soon should supporter transferring between devices not only Conference Calls but P2P as well.
Funny thing that BToB works more or less ok only for unlocking the device (even here there are bugs).and for Meeting experience
So it's fan with it.
I'm more counting on USB phones like Yealink MP50 but it should be tested as well...
