BToE not work with CCX 500 or CCX 600 phones with Skype for Business Server 2015. When I connect the Ethernet cable and launch the Poly BToE client on a workstation, both the phone and the client show that the phone is trying to pair, but it does not progress past that. It does not pop a toast with the Skype for Business client on the workstation.

Any help would be appreciated!

We've encountred the same problem with BToE (4.4.0.0), CCX 500/600 and Skype for Business 2015.

Last CCX firmware release we've got it to work is 7.1.4. (Tested all newer releases, neither worked.)

This is a problem for us as the VVX 501/601 are not available anymore and the CCX with more current releases have no working BToE.

Support answered with "obvisously it does not work anymore". Case was 34061080.

In the release notes I did not see a "feature deprecated" note so far.
