BToE Enumerator Access is denied

BToE v.4.1.0

I installed BToE and notice I didn't have the option to pair. Then I checked Device Manager and there was an unknown device. I tried to update the driver but running into Access is denied. Please see the log and attachment.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

For your new issue a couple of questions:

• Have you restarted the PC as of yet?
• Have you tried to re-install the BToE Software?
• Have you got admin rights to install it?

If nobody else has other ideas the next step is a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
