Adding Skype For Business to Realpresence Trio

Hi there,

I have got our new Realpresence Trio Set up for our 3cx SIP system and this works great, however I would like to also set up Our Skype For Business Office 365 on the device as well, how do I go about doing this without removing our standard phone configuration

Jan 25, 2016 Question:How many Lines can I register using Polycom phones with Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?

Resolution: You can register only one line when Lync is set as the base profile on the phone.

At present there is no option to have a dual registration.

So the phone can either be a Skype for Business Phone or a SIP phone but not both?

Hello RSVisarc,

yes that is correct. It is either a single SIP registration or a single Skype for Business / LYNC.

The datasheet => here <= clearly states:

• 1 line (registration)
