Hello.

I use many Polycoms with Teams as 3PIP.

We noticed that with Teams voice user assigned correctly on Polycoms they can't call 911 correctly.

I setup some workaround and that works for me.

Hello @BudrysLP ,

Welcome back to the Poly community.

As previously reminded some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.

Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.

For your new issue please provide basic details like the device in question, the mode used, software version.

Please be aware that I personally will not answer any new question until the above for all your other posts has been actioned.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

On Polycoms don't.

In my current Teams configuration emergency calling is setup as Emergency Routing Policies and is based on subnets.

My Polycom is on correct subnet so whe I press 9911 (for emergency) number should be resolved as 1414566911. On my Polycom it is resolved as standard 4digit.

Hello @BudrysLP ,

Thanks for following up your other posts.

For this new issue, it seems to be a digitmap issue. Have you yet consulted with Microsoft on this?

It seems the phone is unable to match what you dialled to anything and therefore sens it as it is.

I suggest you check your dialplan based on the above and if this still fails, and no other Community member has any ideas, raise this either with Microsoft or with your Poly reseller.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Question from M$:

Do you have any translation policies or routing policies within the polycom software itself?

How to check that?

Does Polycom have it's own route patterns?

HP Recommended

If the phone is setup correctly we get the digit map from Skype for Business when signing into Skype. I am not aware of your configuration and again a a reminder if you require support please work with us via the already outlined channels. I am unable to provide free support via the community.

It looks like poly gets correct digit map but not the emergency routing policy.
