although I have not heard about restrictions of downloading, this restriction can be in RSS.
Do you have any proxy?
Have you tried
- use another PC
- upgrade Adobe Flash Player
- connect a laptop to RSS through ethernet cable and attempt to download once again
if nothing helps, you can use external FTP server for storing your recordings. In that case RSS will be able to upload recordings to FTP automaticaly.
