Hello.
I have a difficulty to make encrypted call history.
We use the following architectures. DMA (v 6.0.2build_11), ResourceManager (8.3.0.0), RMX 2000 (7.8.0.246), CODECs HDX 6000 and 7000 (v3.1.2-35267).

I am not able to make the encrypted call. With some settings the call can not be completed and other the connection is established but is not encrypted.

I appreciate the help ...

What was changed so that they make encrypted calls with H.323 protocol is:

1 - Set the profile in encryption RMX in "When possible"
2 - Position the encryption codec profile in "When possible"
3- Check if the encryption flag is enabled in RMX, see manual which is best for your situation.
