I will erase my VBP config (because it still not responding even through console VT100)

Could you provide the default password for admin access ?

Hello Fredo,

 

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Please ensure that you always check the relevant Polycom Support Pages => here <= as the System Configuration Guide list the standard username as "root" and the standard password as "default"

Ok i will search within the FAQ before posting next time.

 

For the default password it was because I own the "system configuration guide" and not the "System hardware guide"

(why two separate document ??)

Hi,

 

the FAQ part is in my signature as I usually only "roam" the VoIP section. There is no FAQ yet in any of the video related sections but I may start one .
