If you have an active Clariti license subscription your software can be found in the Flexera Portal: https://polycom.flexnetoperations.com/
You would have received an email with login credentials when your order was processed. Look for an email like the shown in the attachment.
This is the same portal where you allocate your Clariti licenses to your Resource Manager.
If you're still stuck I'm happy to do a screen share with you and try to walk you through it.
