Unable to establish point to point video call

Hi

 

Unable to establish point to point video call between HDX, after gatekeeper registration on CMA 4000. Previously it was working fine.  But after registering the gatekeeper with End point, multipoint video conferencing through RMX 2000 working fine, point to point not. Please provide me the solution
