Unable to Call RP Capture Server from Group Series Via VBP

hi..

 

VBP 5300E act as embedded gatekeeper, WAN leg is directly connected to a Public IP and LAN leg is connected to the LAN Segment where one real presence capture server and one group series 500 are registered with VBP 5300E.

In this infrastructure, I unable to the call the real presence capture server from Group series 500 to start the recording and playback feature by using below dial string

[Real Presence Capture server E.164 prefix] [VRR number]

 

Note:Inbound call from internet and outbound call from inside to internet has been successfully tested.

 

Waiting for solution

It is always useful to include the currently used software version of all components involved as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
