I wonder if anyone has experienced the same bug we have with our RPRM (versio is 8.1.1)
All of our sites and subnets were done a while ago. We noticed recently for some unknown reason when we want to change the PER CALL bandwdith limitation on a specific Subnet within a site the Resource Manager will prompt the error " IP CONFLICT " which does not make any sense cause we ain't changing anything to the IP subnets only the bandwidth speed in the per call line.
Any thoughts ?

There is a possibility that the db got corrupted, but I would go through the list first to make sure there are no conflicting entries. If negative, you may want to try to delete the site next, and re-create it. If problem persists, please open a support ticket for further verification.
