Hi,
When We connect the RPRM from local side, we can search contacs from RPDesktop , RPMobile as well as hardware conferance unit like Debut , but when we connect the RPRM from outside, i can not search the address book. We have RPAD. Outside users are coming through RPAD to RPRM.
I add the RPRM ip address in RPAD > Access Proxy Settings for http_proxy,xmpp_proxy, and ldap_proxy .
when we try to search contacs, im getting error message " connection to Ldap server failed due to network error".
I opened all ports for RPAD in firewall, but it's still exist.
