Looking for some direction on an issue we have with the RPRM computer account login to AD. We have a solution deployed with

RSS 4000 (rev 8.5.0)

RMX 1500 rev 8.1.7),

RPRM(rev 8.0.1),

DMA 7000 (rev 6.0.2),

RPAD (rev 3.0.0).

There is a firewall between AD and the Polycom equipment. We have open ports as required.

1.  The RMX, DMA 7000, and RSS 4000 were sucessful with service account connection with AD.

2.  RPRM was unable to connect with AD with the secuirty level set as Plain, we opened the required ports for this yet it failed, which the other systems were successful.Until we opened port

Get a packet trace running and then update the AD page. This should record the interaction between the RPRM and AD. you can send me the screenshots of the AD and Network page via a personal message if you want me to validate the settings are correct. Typically the incorrect settings are 90% of the issue.
