I am trying to have our iPads and iPhones be able to view either prerecorded meetings or live events. In version 8.5 the links no longer work. The links work fine on PC. If I open the link on a PC and copy the exact link, send myself an email with the full link and open that via my iPad, it works flawlessly. Not ideal.
What iOS users do is go to the RSS front page x.x.x.x and select from the Archive list. Once they try and click on the link for the stream (https://x.x.x.x/portal/views/main.jsf) nothing happens. I have been having to send them the full link (https://x.x.x.x/portal/views/media/player.jsf?v=xxxxxxxxxxxx) in order for them to view.

I found my answer. It appears one of the last iOS releases reset the popup blocker setting on the devices. Links are now working.

Hi Polycom Staff,
I get a question regarding if we can develop an app to make a video conference based on Polycom system without using PRM app.
If you know relavant SDKs for IOS or Android, please let me know.
Cheers
