We are facing the issue with RSS 4000 live streaming. We are unable to open the live streaming over the internet
 
RSS 4000 is configured on the Local LAN and is being NATted with the Public IP.
 
Request you to resolve the case on ASAP basis.

Hardware Ver : 6.0
Software version : 7.0.0.0 rev 33604 build : 10/26/12

as mentioned in my previous replies to yourself before, the Polycom community is not a replacement for the Polycom Support process.

 

If you require urgent assistance as requested above please ensure you check and understand the purpose of the community as shown => here <=

If you expect a Partner or other technical minded people to help you for free you should at least consider to post some basic information in regards if this is a new install or if this has suddenly stopped working.

You are doing a live streaming within  inhouse video setup or going to internet for the same.

Issue resolved after upgrading the RSS 4000 to software version 8.5.
