Hello. Can I reset it to factory settings without having access to Web UI?

The factory reset depends if you can still access the unit via Telnet as shown in this existing post => here <=

Hi i can login in to web UI but i cant do anything there, if i do anything i have an error . If i try to telnet none password does not match even those with whom I come шт web UI
