RPRM is not booting after update to v10.0

RPRM After updating to version v10.0, the system no longer boots up.
previous firmware version 9.0.1.
On port 8080 in RPP log there are no errors.
*******Package Installer Complete******.
The system is composed RealPresence® Video DualManager 400. DMA is working fine.
Who faced , how solved the problem ?
