RPAD with multiple relay or public address

Hi ,

I dont know that i can meant my problem on topic.

We set up vc systems with polycom devices.

RPCS RPRM RPAD DMA etc.

RPAD has an ip address : 192.168.10.115

This ip address mapped on firewall a public address.

But we have some mpls networks from outside of our networks.

they want to call us via these mpls networks via rpad.

We set up some setting

  • We mapped new ip address on another firewall 192.168.10.115 -> 10.203.0.115
  • We want to send to call for seperated networks to seperated ip address.

I added schema as an attacment.

Best regards.

Re: RPAD with multiple relay or public address

hi Aydinmu,

Not sure of the entire set of requirements you have as part of this solution . However it appears the RPAD is supposed to sit  between 2  firewalls with multiple external networks( Internet & MPLS) .A solution I could suggest is to have a "DMZ Deployment with One or More Network Interfaces" i.e. if the RPAD has atleast 2 network interfaces deployed in the Enterprise DMZ then both signaling and media services can be assigned to different interfaces for internal and external call flows . In this way you can keep the solution simple . Also you can assign upto 4 external proxy IP addresses . There is also a table you can fill out to map the external and internal signalling and media .

Please refer to Page number 67 for the configuration details:

Hope this helps!
