From RMX Admin's Guide:
• On the RealPresence Collaboration Server (RMX) 1500, up to two Network Services, one per LAN port, can be associated with each Media card.
So you have to add a network service for LAN 1.

Did you activate Multiple Service license for your RMX?
Please check "Multiple Service" field in Administration -> System Information. If it is "False" then you have to activate the license >>> here <<< and then apply the received Key Code in Setup -> Product Activation -> Activation Key.

Mike
