I discovered an issue when making a conference call between HDX6000 na HDX7000 (via SIP) through DMA 7000 (ver. 5.0), when the encryption setting on the RMX Conference profile is set to Encrypt All. The conferene is created successfully through RMX2000, neighter of the endpoints can connect to RMX4000. Both conference profiles are the same, the system configuration is the same on both RMXs.

Any ideas what might cause the call to drop on RMX4000?

The settings on the HDX are to use encryption "When Available". I found something that might be the cause, but I have no idea, why it is occurring. The DMA is changing the port from 5061 to 5060 when it sends it to the RMX 4000 and this is causing the RMX to return forbidden. But why is it changing the port when sending to 4000 and not when sending to 2000? In the MCU settings of the DMA both RMX have the same settings applied...

Even though the RMX was added manually  to the DMA and the SIP Servers Menu in the in the IP/Network settings of the RMX was set to OFF, the transport option below was set to UDP, not TLS... 🙂 That was it. The interesting part was that if set the Conference Profile to encrypt when possible - the endpoints were connnecting normally with encryption, but when the option is encrypt all they wont connect... 🙂
