In the CMA you define the sites for Max Bandwidth and Max Bit Rate and when you define a sites codec your define the Max Transmit Bandwidth and Max Receive Bandwidth in IP Network. Which of these take precedence, the CMA or the codec?  Thank you for your responses.

According to H.225.0 RAS Recomendation endpoint requests the bandwidth (BRQ) and then CMA confirms (BCF) or rejects (BRJ) its use.

Hope this clarifies the precedence.
