Not able to dial from HDX 9000 thru VBP E to Tandberg Codec

I cannot dial from my HDX 9000 codec which is registered to  VBP E (EMBEDDED GATEKEEPER) IN THE FORMAT eg 23418@56.66.77.89 which should lead me to a cisco bridge prompting to put the pin.The call is simply dropping.

I can dial to other locations in the format  eg 213.130.121.188##8006 and get connected

Kindly help me to trouble shoot the above?Is it something to do with alias manipulation in the VBP E set up

please provide more details.

What software versions do you use on VBP and HDX?

What messages do you see in VBP H.323 activity logs? (VoIP ALG > H.323 > Activity)

What have you configured on Alias Manipulation page?

Do you know model\software version of Cisco bridge?

Sorry the problem was sorted out.There was some unwanted digits which was configured in the alias manipulation.
