Hello.

Our company has acquired a license : RPCS Network Separation, and we have a problem

 

1)I activated license:

Support Home > Licensing & Product Registration > Activation/Upgrade 

 

2)Enter Key Code: RMX Manager > Setup > Product Activation

 

3)Reset MCU

 

4) Install system flag "MULTIPLE_SERVICES YES"

 

5)Reset MCU

 

But it did not work.

RMX Manager > Administrator > System Information > Multiple services = false.

 

You can help me?

If I understand the attached picture correctly you activated this for a newer Version than what you are running.

 

I suggest you contact your Polycom reseller.

I would read the RMX admin guide as I believe Network Separation is for JITC folks who require a separate management network from the media network and unrelated to mulitple network services (having multiple media networks). 

 

Your software needs to be upgraded to 8.3 to use the network separation key. But, what are you trying to do. Maybe there is a better way.

Thanks all, the problem really was in version.

 

There is another question, on Rmx 4000 MPMxD 2 and 4 LAN card, but work only 2 LAN card. 

how can enable all 4 LAN card? Its it possible?
