Hi

 

We are about to set encryption to "Required for All Calls" which will mean that analog phone and voice over ISDN connections will not be able to be made.

While we have the alternate numbers set up for users to dial into conference calls, we are trying to work out if it is possible to somehow set a message up so that the users would hear an instruction rather than just getting a connection failure.

We can’t redirect as that would affect connections that are encrypted.

Anyone got a suggestion?

 

We have a VBP7301 linking through to the RMX4000.
